Erik Lamela’s agent confirms player is in talks more than Inter Milan move

Erik Lamela’s father and agent has confirmed that the play-maker would welcome a return to Serie A.Tottenham’s club-record signing, who joined from Roma for £30million in 2013, has been strongly linked with a move from White Hart Lane this summer after enduring a disappointing spell in north London.And according to Spanish outlet Fichajes.net, Inter Milan are in advanced talks over a £4.4million loan move for Lamela, in a deal which would enable the club to sign him permanently for £10.2m next season.And the Argentine’s agent, father Jose, has admitted his son would be open to a move to Italy, suggesting Serie A is more suitable to Lamela’s style of play than the Premier League.‘I can confirm that we are in talks with the Nerazzurri,’ Jose was quoted as saying by Gazzetta dello Sport. ‘Their interest in Erik is real.Mauricio Pochttino is reluctant to let the winger leave (Picture: AP)‘We are waiting for updates more than these next few days.
